Shipping policy

DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING RESPONSE FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE, SHIPPING TIMES ARE GOING TO BE LONGER THAN LISTED BELOW.

AT THE PRESENT MOMENT IT IS GOING TO POSSIBLY TAKE 5-7 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. WITH IT BEING A SHORT SHIPPING WEEK, THAT ALSO POSES CHALLENGES

WE ARE GETTING SLAMMED WITH EMAILS REGARDING TRACKING. PLEASE BE PATIENT, THE WAREHOUSE IS WORKING AS FAST AS THEY CAN. YOUR ODER WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE ORDER IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED. 

ALSO, DUE THE CONSTANT HIGH VOLUME OF EMAILS, IT COULD TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS FOR YOU TO GET A RESPONSE REGARDING YOUR ORDER.. WE ARE SORRY ABOUT THIS, BUT WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU!!

If you made and error in placing your order, unfortunately it is going to take longer for yours to be processed. Wrong Address, Change Of Address, No Apartment Number, Not Recognized By Shipstation.. These are things that will take time to resolve due to the high volume of orders that happened in a 48 hour period. We will do our very best to make sure everyone is contacted and wrong information will be corrected. 

 IF THE ORDER IS RETURNED TO US FOR NON DELIVERY. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE RE-SHIP. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING 
We process orders Monday thru Friday and attempt to get all orders out within 48 hours of confirmation. 

Our warehouse business days are Monday through Friday (Pacific Standard Time) and exclude holidays observed by the U.S. Postal Service: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. 

Shipments outside the State Of California will be charged sales tax. All orders shipped to a California address will be charges the appropriate amount of sales tax. After a certain threshold, you may be charged sales tax regardless of the state your FERAL SUPPS® are shipped too.. Sorry, government rules.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is confirmed and processed you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your order from our warehouse to your door. Please allow at least 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. 

If you attempt to track your package within the first 48 hours of it leaving our warehouse and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page. If you do not see tracking information at the first 72 hours, please email us for assistance at support@feralsupplements ; Subject : Package Tracking / Order #

Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days depending on the shipping service. Although the USPS estimates delivery dates, transit times vary from one class of mail to another and cannot be guaranteed by us nor the USPS. Sometimes we reserve the right to require SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY.. 

International orders can take anywhere from 7-28 business days (depending on the destination) to arrive once confirmed. We do not always have access to inquire about the shipments, that is the responsibility of the purchaser of the product. Customs will not answer any questions to the shipper. If the order is returned due to duties not paid, we reserve the right to refund your order minus the incurred shipping charges. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address or no signature (where applicable) is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the the carrier service, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order. A refund WILL NOT be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee to reship the order since it was returned due to incorrect address when the purchase was made.

Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account. 

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your local postal driver may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms deliver of the package. 

We recommend you check the tracking link provided to make sure you or someone is present at the delivery location to receive the package at time of delivery. 

If you have questions regarding tracking information provided to you regarding your shipment, and your package shows delivered and you cannot find it, please contacts your local post office or UPS office for assistance, we cannot help you locate your package. We can only see what is listed on the tracking page, but your local post office or UPS office can definitely give you more of a detailed description.

RETURN POLICY
Our products can be returned within 21 days of the original purchase of the product. 

To be eligible for return please make sure that: 
The product was purchased in the last 21 days. 
The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
All T-Shirts are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. 

You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.feralsupplements.com We are unable to accept returns of purchases from any third party retailers. 

Products that DO NOT meet this criteria will not be considered for return or exchange.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
For orders going to Canada, orders are sent delivered duty paid (DDP) via UPS Worldwide Expedited. FERAL SUPPS® collects duties and taxes at checkout to ensure a seamless customer experience. If you choose to decline to pay duties and taxes upon purchase, customer is responsible for payment of package at time of delivery or before delivery is made.

ON SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We understand things happen, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at support@feralsupplements.com with the subject line DAMAGED PRODUCT / ORDER # 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS 
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if you country allows the shipment of products you are ordering or ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also part of your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund (minus shipping) unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above. 

CURRENCY
We charge you in U.S. Dollars, once payment has been processed by your bank, it will be converted to your local currency. 

CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks will not be tolerated, and will subject to the client being put on the NO-SELL list indefinitely.
